We welcome buyers from ALL OVER THE WORLD!! We ship internationally. Items will be sent from Hong Kong via Hongkong Post by several shipping methods decided by you, e.g. registered mail, expedited shipping, etc.. At Crea-Diem.co.uk, you can shop for yourself or buy gifts to your friends and relatives overseas.

Shipping & Delivery Methods 

1. STANDARD AIRMAIL - Non-registered (Default Shipping Method)

The estimated delivery time to most areas is 5 - 21 working days.

* Non-registered post cannot be tracked. Please note if you choose this option, you are accepting liability for non-delivery for whatever reason.

The estimated delivery time to most areas is 5 - 21 working days. For registered mail, please make sure there is someone to sign upon delivery. If you are using  P.O. boxes or military addresses, please make sure whether registered service can be used.

 3. Expedited Shipping (SpeedPost Registered Mail, Choose During Checkout)

The estimated delivery time to most areas is 2 - 4 working days. For expedited shipping, please make sure there is someone to sign upon delivery. If you are using  P.O. boxes or military addresses, please make sure whether expedited service can be used.

Although Crea-Diem.co.uk cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. For registered / express mail, please ensure someone would sign upon delivery.


Shipping & Handling Fees

The shipping & handling cost depends on the total amounth of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated and changed to the currency that you have selected automatically.

Simply put the items you want into the shopping cart, you can view the shipping cost  any time by pressing "Estimated Shipping Cost" in the shopping cart content page. A list of the shipping methods to your place and the corresponding shipping costs will be shown clearly.

Remarks:
- Items in one order will be sent together under normal conditions. However, some orders may be separated into several parcels to meet the weight requirement in different countries

-We are not responsible for any custom fees or tax charges in a foreign country, please check with the custom at your side to avoid blocked / return parcel. We will not responsible for the resending charges if items returned to us.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed soon after receipt of payment to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. Depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected, you are expected to receive your orders within 2 - 21 working days (excluding the day placing the order). These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although Crea-Diem.co.uk cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods.

Our Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day. You may check your order status in "My Account". PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the Customs in the European countries including Italy and France may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm.

Return & Exchange

1-Year Warranty for all Electrical Machines*

We provide one year warranty on all the electrical machines* sold from Crea-Diem.co.uk. Count from the date that we receive your payment, if there is any problem with the electrical machines sold from us within one year, just send it back to us and we will repair for you. If the machine can't be repaired, we will send a new one for you.

To facilitate the return procedure, please email us before returning item and then send back item with the following:

Name & address
E-mail address
Invoice Number / Item Number
Reason for return

Please note the any postage costs incurred for returning items will be at the buyers' expenses.

* Electrical Machines means all electrical appliances that connect to electrical power supplies, which includes electric nail art drills, UV curing lamps, dust suction collectors, etc.

* This warranty service is exclusively offered to Crea-Diem.co.uk customers and only applicable to machines purchased at Crea-Diem.co.uk web site.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee full money back refund if you are dissatisfied with the product. You may return products sold by Crea-Diemco.uk in original conditions no more than 30 days of receipt of your order (based on our delivery record), and upon pre-approval of Crea-Diemco.uk.

Please notify us before you return the items and we will provide shipping details. Notification MUST be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been used(except machines with warranty).

To facilitate the return procedure, please send back with the following:

Reason for return

If you change your mind about the order, you would have to ship the product back to us at your own cost, the product has to be in a un-used condition. Once we receive it back we will give you a refund of your money (excluding shipping fee)

Refund

Please note that before providing a refund, the returned product we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither refund nor exchange (Please refer to below).  We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Non-returnable items

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

• Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt
• Any product that has been opened or used.
• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any free gift product and samples.
• Heavy Machines (5Kgs or Heavier)

In the event of dispute, Crea-Diem.co.uk decision shall be final and onclusive.

Exchange

We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase. Please note that before providing a exchange we will first verify the condition of the product.
